Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort

Just back from our 2nd family hotel stay. Enjoyed even more this time as we knew our way around. Location is perfect in Playa Blanca and the hotel has beautiful old style feel. Our kids are 6 and 3 and there is so much for them to do but they were mostly happy to just swim in the pools. The heated pools are amazing. Looking forward to coming back again some time.

Highly recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness etc, we have been coming back here every year would not stay anywhere else.

This hotel is second to none. We have stayed here twice, and will definately visit again. The staff bend over backwards to help with any aspect of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The pool areas, gym, and eating/drinking areas are kept immaculately clean. The setting is beautiful. The rating for this hotel is better than 5 star.

We stayed for a week in the family block. This is a 2 minute walk in a underground hallway from the main hotel. It is enclosed and designed for families, with two pools and a games room plus buffet breakfast / poolside bar. The staff are excellent, friendly and genuine. The resort is spotless. It's right on the promenade between the town beach and the marina. The kids club is excellent and well run.

Spacious and plenty of facilities especially for children

A fantastic week stay in early June, from the friendly welcome through to our last day the staff were excellent and could not be faulted. The site is quite large and across several floors so takes a little bit to find your way around, you enter reception on level 4 with the main buffet restaurants on level 2. We had booked half board and found the selection of food to be varied and of good quality, evening dinner theme changes daily and the regular foods are also available if the theme is not to your taste. The pools were good with most families using the main pool area, The lower pool was sea water but not that salty and popular with older couples with a more relaxed atmosphere. We booked into the spa and enjoyed the sauna, steam room and indoor pool with jets, a good option if a bit overcast/windy or you just fancy a change, they limit the number of users to 10 at a time so you may need to book, towels and lockers are provided but bring your robe if you have one in your suite. We hired a car and visited the hotels winery, about 25min drive, the tour lasted an hour and a half, was very informative and finished with a glass of red, white and desert wine. Booking through the guest experience centre just behind the hotel reception they can check when the English speaking tours are running. The show entertainment was mainly aimed at children aged 4 - 10. We opted for the reception lounge nightly after dinner with some great solo musicians. The gym was pretty quiet and had a new Concept2 rower, great if that's your thing.

The location was incredible, the playa dorada is a beautiful beach and is just in front which makes it quite practical to relax.

I think it’s an amazing place for families, perhaps not the greatest for a couple expecting a baby or just a couple.

Wonderful experience in a big, well organised and family friendly hotel. Our kids loved the guys of the kids club and the night shows and it make our holiday so much easier! Thank you to all the staff for this amazing experience!
