Clarion Hotel Tianjin

My room was a little hot and the climate control was not working in the room, after informing the front desk about the problem their solution when I returned to my room later in the evening was to leave the room windows open . Tianjin in December & the high degree of pollution with the room windows open is not a good idea.

Experienced power outage twice in 24 hrs,very old room.I booked my stays with breakfast included,but upon check-in had to provide proof and had to forward my actual booking email from Hotels.com to front desk personnel so I can have access to breakfast.The breakfast buffet is disappointing as well. I will not stay there again.

Staying in a club room was a great decision for me. More space, and access to the club lounge brought this hotel to a new level of customer service. Great food,and great service!

ロケーションもスタッフも最高で快適な滞在になりました。 チェックイン時、お部屋もアップグレードして頂き、とても広いお部屋でゆっくり出来ました。

룸 청결상태가 안좋아서 1차로 룸 변경을 요청했습니다. 룸 교체 후 1박을 했고 너무 추워서 난방을 요청하니 현재 난방서비스를 제공하지않는다고하여 라디에이터를 제공받았습니다. 휴식중에 라디에이터에 불이 남과 동시에 정전이 되었습니다. 자세히 보니 전선 부분을 테이프로 감아놨는데 그 부분에서 스파크가 일어나 불이 났던거였습니다. 로비에 알리니 죄송하다는 말 한마디 없이 계속 기다리라고 하고 룸 변경을 해주겠다고 했습니다. 아니 룸 변경은 당연한거고, 일단 죄송하다고 하는게 먼저 아닙니까? 저랑 제 일행 모두 중국어에 능통했고 상황설명 모두 중국어로 했음에도 불구하고 직원들은 죄송하단 말 한마디도 없었고 심지어 제가 화를 내니 어떤 직원은 웃었습니다. 청결상태도 좋지않고 객실은 너무 춥고 화장실 샤워기 수압은 매우 약합니다. 직원들도 멍청하고 라디에이터에 불이 났다는것도 어이가 없습니다. 자는 도중에 그런 일이 벌어졌다면 어땠을지 끔찍합니다. 스위트룸으로 교체받았지만 스위트룸도 상태가 좋지않고 낡고 전체적으로 지저분합니다. 수압 또한 약하구요. 여태 많은 호텔에 묵어봤지만 최악입니다. 직원 교육부터 다시 해야될듯 합니다.

位置很不错，酒店有点老，但是收拾的很干净，服务员很热情

The hotel has an excellent location right by the metro stop. the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient hotel for central Tianjin. Staff were great and helpful especially after I had an accident and could not walk properly or use my right hand, THe hotel is also well sound proofed and no noise from outside or inside
