Clarion Hotel Tianjin

The staff was fantastic! Many spoke good English and Dimitri, the front desk manager was beyond helpful. Will ALWAYS stay here in Tianjin.

Good Business hotel at a reasonable price. Restaurant very good chinese western food. Helpful concierge who gave me good directions and helped out with knowledge in English. Executive Lounge also very helpful.

Nothing particularly outstanding, nor anything particularly execrable... which makes it an ideal, practical property for business travel.

Lovely hotel if you are cruising out of Beijing. Tianjin city is nothing to write home about, but this hotel suited our needs to catch our cruise. Nice rooms and great staff, who kindly advised us to upgrade to the King room suites for an extra $50. This gave us a superior room, free drinks and meals in the superior club room all during the evening and free breakfast in the morning. When you are paying $40+ for a bottle of wine in China, this was great value. Concierge arranged our taxi in the morning and made sure we were not ripped off by arranging the fare and that the driver understood where we were going, Great staff at this hotel.

Good location, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping

This hotel is centrally located, comfortable bed and the staff are very helpful, particularly Cathy in Guest Relations. The room we stayed in had access to the upstairs dining room which we used and found to be very convenient. We also appreciated the free internet access.

I like the hotel very much. It was very clean. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

The hotel was in a good position in Tianjin as there were many eateries and shopping complex's nearby. The room that we stayed in was adequate for our needs being 2 queen beds for a family of 4 however the room was a little aged and smelled really bad. This was a shame as the smell was the only thing that put us off. The view of the city from our room was wonderful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we really were impressed by their customer service.

I had a good time at this hotel. The staff was very nice.
