В основном ресторане достаточно большой выбор , голодными не останетесь . Выбор есть . Красивый вид из номера .уборка ежедневно. На просьбу принести одеяло для ребенка отреагировали сразу же . Вода в номере пополняется ежедневно .стекло на балконе не мылось похоже никогда в жизни

Подуставшие номера. Грязный ковер в номере. Грязный пляж . В основном ресторане нет бумажных салфеток !!! Это недопустимо в отеле 5 звезд ! Переехали в другой отель там есть салфетки вроде мелочь но говорит об уровне отеля. Но больше всего расстроило -опоздали на завтрак с ребенком пришли в 10.31 !!!!! И нас не пустили в основной ресторан !!!!! Так как он закрывается в 10.30 …. Категорически отказали пойти на встречу и пустить в ресторан . Самая большая проблема ,что в это время покушать в этом отеле Негде даже за деньги ! И пришлось ждать до 12.00 чтобы покушать. Это недопустимо такое отношение к гостям ! Если коротко Тайланд выигрывает по уровню сервиса и т.д.

Жить на вилле отлично, но не хватало уединенности в бассейне. Приветливый персонал и ухоженная территория. Ресторан в деревне лучший вариант на ужин!

Неожиданно платая вода, при заселении. Ее сложно отличить от бесплатной. В ресторан на завтрак сложно попасть из-за очереди, на ужин лучше не приходить поздно, все кончается. На море ресторан однообразен ежедневно. у нас было все включено, но алкоголь и импорт. газировки платные.И хоть алкоголь и платный , его надо долго ждать.лучше брать только завтрак, выбор блюд по меню за деньги разнообразнее.

Шикарный отель. Супер практически все аспекты. Есть с чем сравнить, отель на уровне!

Нужно чуть больше внимания уборке пляжа. Пора обновить и подремонтировать велосипеды. В номере уборщицы убирают там где видят. Полки выше своего роста не вытирают, надо просить. Посуда кроме стаканов в номере платная - считаю это мелочь, а неприятно. Но в целом от отеля очень хорошие впечатления.
