공항이랑 가까워서 좋았고, 리조트 안에서만 즐기기에도 충분했어요. 객실에서 약간의 연식이 느껴지긴 했지만 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있는 것 같아요. 조식도 괜찮았고 수영장, 전용비치 모두 좋았습니다. 또 방문하고 싶어요!

객실에서 벌레가 좀 발견되었어요(이름 모를 벌레와 개미) 동남아 특성상 어쩔 수 없지만! 아기가 있어서 더 신경이 쓰였던 것 같아요! 조식당이나 수영장에서도 날파리가 계속 있었지만 호텔에서 주기적으로 방역을 하는 모습을 보았습니다!

Everything about this stay was great. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way, but the team dealt with them brilliantly. The service is on another level. Bravo.

Would be nice to have more sun-beds and umbrellas on the beach. Also a suggestion to setup a volleyball net on the beach.

Everything about the place was amazing, the facilities, the villas, the hotel layout and activities for the kids. We will definitely be back, thank you!

The staff in the restaurant are not properly trained, organization for breakfast needs some improvement !

슬라이드와 수영장이 좋았어요. 하프보드를 신청했는데 선택할 수 있는 식당이 세 군데여서 재밌었어요.

1. 2박3일 머물렀는데 청소 서비스를 못 받았어요. 외출 다녀와도 청소가 안 돼서 부탁드렸더니 5시에 오신다고 해서 일부러 6시쯤 집에 들어왔는데도 안 되어있었어요. 6시넘어 오셔서 그냥 취소했네요. 2. 저녁을 먹고 방에 들어가려했더니 안에서 걸쇠가 잠겨서 들어가질 못함. 문 바깥이 바로 야외라서 땀을 뻘뻘흘리며 열려고 하다가 프론트에 갔더니 도어맨? 분이랑 다시 올라감. 그런데도 또 안 됨. 프론트에서 20분 정도 대기하니 문이 열렸다하여 올라감. 걸쇠를 아예 떼어 놓음(자동 잠금장치는 있었음). 걸쇠 없이 밤을 보냈고, 이에 대해 어떠한 보상은 없었음. 즐거운 여행을 망치기 싫어서 그냥 지나갔지만 절대 다시 가진 않을거고 추천하지도 못할듯.

Хороший отдых, море прекрасное, пляж чистый. Персонал и сервис на хорошем уровне.

Clean, big rooms and comfy beds! Nice area. Pool amazing.

Service was a conundrum! Wants to be a 5 star resort but service training is desperatly needed. Not attentive, slow, inconsistent. Example they serve bread as an appetizer but at the same time bread and oil arrive they take away breadplate and butterknife, what?. When you order dessert all plates from appetizer and main course still stay on your table smelling all sorts of fun with your dessert. No asking for anything more to drink. Or if you ordered a pre dinner drink and appetizer and main course they give you main course first and no drinks. Then appetizer. Last drinks ???. Unorganized. I work in hospitality and i desperatly wanted to actually just give them a crash course in how service is done. So easily rectified Hope they invest in training for the staff its desperatly needed. Attitude was great but without training its not good.
