-The territory is very clean and well maintained. -The staff at the pool are very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff are also very friendly. -The pho soup and Vietnamese coffee at breakfast are delicious. -The staff in the kids’ playroom are very good.

-There are two big buildings and some villas on the property. One building is the main building (hotel and restaurant), and the second one contains studio apartments. -The distance between them is quite long — about a 6-minute walk or a ride by golf cart. The golf cart almost always needs to be waited for, which is inconvenient when you have a small child. -The apartments have a kitchen, but there are no kitchen utensils. You have to rent them separately. -The furniture is clearly quite old. -The staff seem tired of their work; it’s hard to call them friendly. -Breakfast is quite monotonous and gets boring after about two days. -The beach and the pool close at 6 PM. -If you use Grab food delivery, you have to go outside the hotel territory to pick it up. It’s far and inconvenient. On the way back, after picking up your food, the security guard asks you to write down your name and room number(why?!). -The staff speak English poorly. -The beach is not very clean; there is quite a lot of trash. -There is an outdoor children’s playground on the property, but the structure is old and rusty, and small children could get hurt. -The hotel is quite far from the village. Because of this, the number of restaurants available on Grab delivery is very limited, and the prices are very high — clearly aimed at tourists. You can get to the village by taxi.
