Nice beachfront. The 1-bedroom villa itself is lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large enough pool. Very suitable for longer stays. The property did a great job with birthday decorations and most of the staff was friendly. Would consider staying again, especially if improvements are made.

While the experience overall was enjoyable, it didn't quite feel like a 5-star property. Check-in could be more efficient and staff should be better trained on payment policies. The villa had a washing machine but guests are forced to buy detergent from the on-site convenience store, which feels a bit cheap for this type of property. The food at the Tropicana Beach Club restaurant was mediocre and it seemed understaffed. It routinely took 10+ minutes to get a menu or the bill, and I had to chase down staff multiple times. The breakfast buffet was average compared to other 5-star resorts I've stayed at in Vietnam and as there are a lot of families with kids, there should be better protocols for ensuring food safety. During Chocolate Hour, I observed a child repeatedly touching food with his hands and used utensils. There were no physical barriers or staff monitoring to reduce this risk. The in-villa BBQ was really nice but there is way too much food, resulting in waste. Instead of providing more food than the average person can eat, it would be better to reduce the amount of food and provide a drink.

Perfect for families, lots of activities for kids, very kid-friendly facilities too.

Property was gorgeous. Lots of play areas and water spots for kids. Buffets were ok

Reception check in could be better. One of our two rooms not ready. No mention of need to have a deposit to cover extras. In every other hotel my credit card, already on file to pay for the rooms, would be used at checkout. We had a few cases where we could not charge to our room. Twice had to straighten it out. Then my credit card was accepted to pay for extras. The need for a deposit should have been clearly mentioned. The use of a credit card would also make more sense and is a common way to cover extras.

Отель однозначно заслуживает 5 звезд! Мы брали виллу, каждый день уборка, следят за территорией и она шикарная. Пляж прекрасный, завтраки отличные, каждый день что-то меняли из блюд, все вкусно. Вообще в Камрани нам очень понравилось, мы были на арендованном авто, все там объехали, до Нячанга ехать 25 мин. Однозначно рекомендую ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Мошка на траве. Задержали наше забронированное время по теннису. Не убрались в номере и не поставили воду за 3 дня. В 5.45 врубили музыку
