O staff é impecável. As instalações em si também são bastante boas.

O buffet deixa a desejar... O jantar pode ser mais variado, a comida no geral não é muito apelativa. O pequeno almoço nao tem comida caseira, nem um bolo nem os ovos... Nada. Para o hotel que é, esperava mais e melhor. O quarto não tem ar condicionado, tinha uma ventoinha ruidosa. Os cortinados estavam sujos. A banheira estava encardida, não fui capaz de me deitar nela para tomar banho. Tomei sempre um duche rápido... O ginásio está super ultrapassado. As máquinas não super antigas ou não funcionam. Estava cheio de mosquitos... No geral, acho que é um hotel para 3 estrelas só que com uma dimensão maior

Drank erg duur. Zeker in verhouding met bars funchal. Eten ok, maar teveel gericht naar Engeland. Zwakke WIFI.

upgrade zur suite. schöne anlage mit pools, sauna und gym. rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. ausser den sesseln mit unschönen flecken, sauberes zimmer.

essen war aller höchstens mittelmässig, sehr enttäuschend für ein 4 sterne hotel. auch die a la carte alternativen sind nicht viel besser, mikrige portionen und kleine auswahl. trotz halbpension wird für jedes getränk, auch wasser, überrissen viel geld einkassiert. wlan in der suite war sehr schwach, nur in der nähe der tür halbwegs brauchbar.
