The bed frame had sharp metal sticking out beyond the mattress that cut my leg.

The hotel is listed as a non-smoking hotel but is clearly a smoking hotel. You can smell cigarettes on every floor and the smoke detector was removed from my room. The halls reek of marijuana and they have automatic aroma dispensers mounted on the wall to try and combat the smell.

Decent clean hotel. The people at the desk were friendly & helpful!!

The room was not what I was promised. After the purchase the itinerary showed a different room. I tried to get the correct room when I got to the hotel but the front desk clerk would only let me downgrade further at the same price. The entire 5th floor was smothering by cigarette smoke and marijuana. The Hotel is obviously a full smoking hotel but is advertised as a non-smoking hotel. Terrible!

TV had a black band across picture. Host was helpful and changed into a new room. That tv would not hook to internet service. Had to get service desk to come up again and use the TV remote they keep downstairs to change input to HDMI2. Was able to get channels until we turned tv off, then once again couldn’t hook to internet service. Breakfast was good. Not enough chairs. Two chairs per table and other families pulled those to their table and left three tables without chairs.!only had a few tables to start with. Ice machine out of service down stairs. Card reader services down on vending machines. Had to use cash. $3 for a 16 oz coke. Easy check out.

Gave us the wrong room at first that was messy. When we got the proper room, I got bit and there was a lot of hair everywhere. Sheets also smelt unclean. Bathroom did not have ventilation and bath sink would was leaky

Drippy faucet and small pillows

Furniture, carpet, door seals, and bathrooms need renovation.

Bathroom tub was rusty, part of the caulking was gone, sink was rusty. Room had a musty, damp odor. Linens had a terrible smell.
