The Residence by Eichardt's is located 10 minutes walk from Eichardt’s Hotel and is set over three levels with glorious views over Queenstown Bay. The full European style open kitchen, spacious lounge area with flat screen TV and sweeping views are the perfect location for entertaining and creating that ‘home away from home’ experience. With three large bedrooms each with split king beds, The Residence is designed with space and comfort in mind and is ideal for small groups, colleagues, and families with configurations that can be tailored to meet your needs. "Just spectacular space at the Residence!"

The Residence was absolutely fabulous! The view was amazing. There was plenty of room and very quiet. Perfect for a family or couples traveling together. The staff at the hotel were marvelous and helpful. Really good value when traveling with others.

The residence is on a steep road so you must be fit to get to and from town.

Location is VERY central. Good size of the room, well designed.

Mattresses are disaster! Very low quality - back pain is guaranteed! Having good mattress is basic for a hotel with this price level. Never come back simply for this reason

Excellent luxurious stay. A welcomed break fro the normal day to day life.

There was a few bits due to miscommunication, but nothing that couldn’t be sorted by very helpful and understanding staff.

Absolutely memorable place to stay- the location and staff are superb & so is the food & the building … Amazing hotel & well worth the effort to get to Queenstown & visit Arrowtown & Milford Sound. Go for it.
