Sercotel HMO Martina

I was originally in one room and then was moved to a different one. The first room didn't have working Wifi nor a working TV. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The second room had very weak Wifi, I could barely get any signal. The bed was just as uncomfortable as the first room. I loved the area because of the proximity of shops, bakeries, markets, and public transportation. The hotel has great appearance and wonderful views from the room. I was told that the hotel is being transferred to new management and things are starting to change.

Pleasant stay, wasn't happy having to pay for parking.

Average cheap hotel but good value. Easy access to the sites.

Room was comfortable but might have had more lighting available and more alternative blanket possibilities for the beds.

Great location. Area is safe, easily accessible to airport via bus, and walkable to all of the destinations you would want to see in granada.

I love this hotel. Conveniently located, by the bus stop that takes you to the airport, and within walking distance of everything. Good service, staff and breakfast.

The superior room and the normal room are exactly the same! Superior room NOT as pictures, ripped curtains, if you want to have a cozy night forget about this hotel! The towels were softer than the sheets! The sheets were like a hard paper TERRIBLE :-/ the matress OMG Very bad! Very disappointed... The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. The hotel is in a good location. Everything is walking distance. At least I had a Very nice view from the room!

You can tell that this hotel previously was grand, but it has recently fallen behind. The room is outdated, with 20 year old box TVs that don't work, and wifi that's almost non-existent. Our room was a corner room on the third floor that had a weird triangle layout with the windows in the far corner where nothing can be seen to the outside unless if you're standing right next to them. Very unfortunate state for a hotel. I would not stay here again.

Definitely not a luxury hotel, nor does it deserve a 4 star rating (even for European standards). The room was fine, except the beds were terrible. There is no WiFi, so don't count on it working, regardless of what they tell you, it really only works about 10% of the time. Overall, I would give this hotel a 3 star under European ratings.
