"Franchise-Don’t Bother"

Franchise property — not representative of Hyatt Regency standards. This hotel appears to be third-party managed, and it shows. Service breakdowns, lack of professionalism, and cleanliness issues were evident. Staff handled concerns poorly, including arguing with guests rather than resolving issues. Additionally, a daily fee was charged for “amenities” that was not clearly disclosed. This property does not align with the Hyatt Regency experience.

"Beautiful hotel but not for everyone"

This is a beautiful hotel but not family, nor elderly friendly. It is in the wine country so if you are not in to wines, not the place to stay. Customer service does not seem keen to support families. Focus is only adults in to wines. We visited Santa Rosa as we are big Snoopy and Charlie Brown fans and this hotel is only 10 minutes away. Rooms are pretty small and in-room amenities are below par for a Hyatt Regency

"Beautiful Hotel with Friendly Staff"

My family and I went to Santa Rosa to visit Safari West. I stayed at the Hyatt and I wish I had more time there to enjoy the pool and visit the wineries. It is a beautiful hotel and it is within walking distance to downtown as well, where there is shopping and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
