Asked for a none smoking room and they put me in one that it was obviously a smoking room. The smell was strong and horrible

The lack of hot water early in the morning to take a shower. It was horrible having to take a shower with cold water!

"Fraud, Dirty, roaches in the room."

When I arrived I was told that my card had declined which was absolutely not the case. I checked with my bank and booking.com and was assured that I did in fact pay and the money had been taken out of my account. The people at the front desk asked me to pay again and tried to charge my card without my permission. The second I brought up that this was fraudulent magically they found an error on their end. We walked into the room and it smelt as it had just been fumigated and the bathroom was dirty. Somehow even though the room reeked of bug killer THERE WERE ROACHES in the room!!!

Parkplätze vor der Türe.

Es war dreckig, unsere Türe ging die halbe Zeit nicht auf. Sehr laut, konnten sogar unseren Nachbar immer wieder schnarchen hören.
