"I feel ripped off for the amount of money I spent, and disappointed for the lack of action from customer service"

Nothing, they verbally agreed to give us our money back and have since ghosted both me and booking.com

The rooms were not well kept, the staff was not helpful, the pool was green. The non smoking room beds had ash burns on the blankets
