Heritage Inn Express Chico

Have not had deposit returned or Expedia money that was taken. Rented the suite, smelled like roaches. And my feet were black walking from bed to shower . I get that it’s a cheap place to stay but cleaning should be the bare minimum

This was my second time staying here. The location is great. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Considering the affordable price, Heritage Inn delivered excellent value.

I was a little concerned about several homeless individuals close by.

Centrally located.

No response to my texted request for early arrival, and at check in requested $28 charge for early arrival. Needed special printed pass for breakfast even though a registered guest. Complementary breakfast was featured.

Really walkable area and cool pool came in clutch on hit days. Can be a bit loud during the day but does get quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and plenty will consider a spot when traveling to Chico

The amenities and the staff are above and beyond my usual experiences

The location isn't the greatest, but not terrible

It was after university move in week and the local atmosphere was much calmer

Room 204, television not connected to cable and mounted too close to repair. No television viewing available. Room keys constantly become deactivated causing many unnecessary trips to get replaced eventually had to relocate to another room to avoid lockout from room access Also roaches in room 105 after being relocated due to key lockout
