Heritage Inn Express Chico

The bed was just OK. The room was an extended room. They were not too clean. On the surface OK. But I spilled some water on a table and onto the floor. I used one of the towels in the room to clean it up and it was dirt black when I finished. There were holes in walls and doors that had been fixed but not very well.

Price, cleanliness, room was quiet (except for the party). I did not feel unsafe.

No wi-fi, though it was advertised as being available. This was a huge issue for me. My room was at the end under the upstairs overhang facing a solid wall and service door with a light shining down all night. There was a raucous party going on right outside my room from 7 pm until 10 pm. VERY noisy - loud music, laughter. It did end at 10pm sharp though, but I did feel it inappropriate and intrusive to a quiet evening in my room.

Was placed in room too far from internet router so internet not available in tv ! 2025 & ur router doesnt reach all rooms SMfH
