Hilton Grand Vacations Club Flamingo Las Vegas

Room is very nice and clean. Great location. However room 1037 has zero hot water in shower. I called on October 30 at 10:30 pm to inform them. When the manager on duty called me back he just wanted to introduce himself after the maintenance man left. He wanted to let me know they’re working on it. I asked when it would be fixed? He didn’t have an answer. Got snarky and said it could be the next day and he’d pass my concern off to the next manager in the morning. The amount of money I paid to have an ice cold shower and still not compensated for still no hot water in the morning. That night (Halloween) I still had cold water. I called and it fell on deaf ears again. Thank god I could use my parents shower in the meantime.

This hotel is on a perfect location on the strip with all major casinos around. The hotel is very quiet in comparison to the casino hotels. The lobby is very quiet and sometimes nice feeling to return to some calm. Overlooks the sphere and adjacent to the flamingo hotel whose pool facilities you can use - beware Linux’s loud music all afternoon so not quite relaxing pool time! There are some parts of the hotel that feel very 90s the lifts are ancient thigh the rooms are well equipped. I had a. Suite which has lounge area, fridge, washer dryer, microwave, hob, lounge area, large bedroom, a bath big enough for three and a large shower. The hotel doesn’t really offer any great dining or bar facilities but there’s plenty outside the doors on the strip! After 5 days I moved to try a casino hotel.

Right at the south end of the strip. Restaurants and casinos nearby. We had a suite and it was well appointed with full kitchen and seating area.

Hotel was a bit confusing to find as there are a couple of different buildings on the Hilton/Flamingo complex. The building was well kept but some of the rooms are starting to show their age.

Nice room with plenty of space and right in center of the strip.

A bit dated. Lifts were pretty efficient once you got your card to scan.

Decent location to the strip and awesome having the monorail so close too. We got an apartment style room which was amazing - very spacious and well equipped. Awesome for a long stay as it has everything for cooking and washing/dryer. Loved the space and it is a nice place to come back to and unwind after the bustle of the strip and casinos. Parking complex attached to the hotel is free but we had a very high and large rental car which would not fit under the 6ft height limit. The staff were helpful enough to allow us to park in the conveniently on site parking spots directly outside the hotel. USD30 per night, but it was worth it for the convenience and because we had a massive sized car. Water vouchers are a great touch and definitely needed for the Vegas heat.

It’s quite noisy given the rooms face the pool area of the Flamingo hotel which has loud music going most of the day. Also there was a weird buzz noise most of the day and night which sounded like a phone vibrating. Bed was quite firm, depends on what your preference is I guess. Breakfast vouchers - I wouldn’t say they’re breakfast. More like a snack as it’s only for a pastry and coffee/tea/juice/water. Not great when you’re staying long to have to have a sweet thing for breakfast each day. They have ham and cheese croissants which are nice but depends on the time of day (later) and you have to pay extra for them. Same as the sandwiches. So no savoury option for ‘breakfast’ using the vouchers. Whist the map of the hotel you get given upon check in is useful, it would be nicer if a map of attractions in LV was available and also one showing how to walk between the casinos and what’s along the strip. Also info about the monorail would be great too. As first time visitors to LV we spend a lot of time on google and google maps trying to find our way around. A map or two would’ve been helpful to help get our bearings a bit more.

It is a great hotel just off the main strip but very close in walking distance to everything including the tram which can be accessed via Flamingo. Room's are amazing and massive! Had everything you need. The pool was nice but didn't use it, you do also get access to the flamingo pool which is next door. Next time I'm in Vegas I will definitely look at this hotel as a option to stay. Staff in the shop are amazing and very helpful if you want information about where to go in Vegas they are happy to help.

The front desk staff could do with some customer service training, or even a smile would go and long way. Fire alarm went off one morning and instead of the staff telling us we could now return back into the hotel they left us out there, we had to go in and ask of we could come in were we just got a yeah, which isn't great service. Need to take a leaf out of the shop staff service book.
