"Worth every penny!"

Incredible hotel! Ended up with a king suite and it was gorgeous, spacious and of course clean! If I’m ever back in Vegas I know where to stay! Huge thank you to the amazing staff, big shoutout to Alena and Carlos and Leonardo for being so accommodating! Also big thanks to Bell staff especially gios! I appreciate all your help!

"It is as warm and wonderful as home."

I like the location and the room very clean and comfortable and I can cooking like live my home.I cooked the dinner for my children at thanksgiving. Thanks to Leo of the hotel, he can patientl and professionally solve our problems when we check in.

Ms Debra, that worked at the desk on the opposite side from the others were very knowledgeable and pleasant

No Drinking Water in rooms Laundry facilities detergent dispenser inoperative and young woman at the desk was very inquisitive before providing product

"Nice suite"

Location was centralized and within walkable distance of the strip. We were able to pick up Uber next door at the Flamingo, which was convenient. The suite was spacious, clean and updated. Our room was quiet for the most part except for one night of late night revelers returning to their room above us. The front desk was helpful with suggestions and directions. They do provide two bottles of water per person each day, but you do have to go down to the front desk to get them, which was a small hassle. Our housekeeping staff missed one day so we did have to call to make sure they did come the next day for sure. The showerhead was leaking, but fixed right away. I would most likely stay at this property again as it fit our needs well.
