"Si primordialmente vas a descansar, este es el hotel que buscas."

La habitación estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos. Tiene un pequeño refri que ayuda mucho para guardar la comida y bebida que compras de fuera. La ubicación es muy buena, por que está muy cerca de Flamingo. Lo atractivo del hotel es que no tiene casino y es, más bien, para descansar. Cumple mucho esa expectativa.

No pasan todos los días a hacer la limpieza de tu cuarto. Sin embargo, te avisan cuando no van a ir, para que no los estén esperando. Lo anterior, te lo dicen en un letrero en la habitación. Además, la alberca dice que no puedes ingresar con bebidas alcoholicas, solo puedes ingerir las que venden dentro de esa zona, pero no tienen bar para venta. Por último, el elevador para entrar a las suites se ve MUY viejo. Es necesario que hagan el cambio.

Updated room, private pool and cleanliness. Staff was amazing.

Loud music from 10am - 6pm everyday from flamingo DJ. Louder as the day went on and was extremely unpleasant.

"מקום מושלם למשפחה"

חדר ענק ומפנק עם מטבח מאובזר לגמרי שמתאים לארוחות בוקר/ ערב קלות לנו אישית היה מייבש ומכונת כביסה בחדר מה שהקל מאוד. נוף מקסים לבריכות מלון פלמינגו ומצד שני לספרה ולגלגל הענק. החדר היה מבריק מיטות סופר נוחות וניקיון יומי. כל מה שביקשנו והיה חסר מיד הביאו. אפילו יש מדיח! במלון שקט נעים ורגוע לעומת פלמינגו הסמוך שרועש מאוד אבל אתה לגמרי במרכז של הכל וזה ממש היה מושלם עבורנו. חניה חינם מעט רחוקה מהמחון אבל עדין הכל היה נוח מאוד. ממליצה!

הרעש מפלמינגו הוטל, מסיבות בריכה מ11-18 בערך כל יום שומעים מוסיקה אבל לנו לא הפריע ממש..

"non-refundable deposit"

In this case, it’s great. The location is very good and convenient for a regular stay.

Unfortunately, they charge $100 from the deposit, which is non-refundable. This was not mentioned anywhere in advance. Additionally, since this was a business trip, the charge was taken from my personal card instead of the company’s corporate card that was used to make the reservation. I think you’ll agree that it’s not very pleasant to lose $100 on every trip just because of a hotel policy like this.
