"Comfortable clean and a great location"

We were able to check in early since we didn’t hit as much traffic as we thought coming from the distance. The staff was extremely friendly. It was quite busy since it was Thanksgiving weekend. . It was quite disturbing to hear the teenagers(about 10) running through the hotel at 8 PM at night and trashing the place. It wasn’t fair to the staff. They had an adorable hot cocoa bar that the teenagers literally destroyed. as a parent myself, I pride myself on teaching my children respecting other people‘s property. You did see the Parents was sitting around drinking in the breakfast area at 9 PM at night. Well, I completely understand. It was Thanksgiving weekend and it was probably some type of a family reunion. They really should respect that many people are there to relax. That being said, the hotel was perfect for our stay.

The unruly guests, but that is nothing to do with the hotel itself.

"Clean but noisy."

The doors to each room slam when someone enters or leaves. So I was startled each time. I needed earplugs. Also, they only have one elevator and it was out of service because of the guess of their children. I was on the second floor and difficult to take the stairs. They did send someone to help me with my luggage. The cleaning staff was a little noisy. Other than that, it was good. Very clean.

I didn't like having to wear ear plugs.clean
