"Don't stay here"

We arrived at 9pm from our delayed flight. The hotel had "miscounted" the number of available rooms and we were left without a room. I had a 3 year old sleeping in the arms of the mom and we had to find where to sleep by 10:30pm because they also took forever to realize they had f-ed up.

El aire acondicionado del cuarto hacia demaciado ruido, no pudimos dormir, se activa como un compresor cada 20 min, los cojines super duros y se escucha el ruido de los otros cuartos, llegaros a buscar a una persona a las 3am tocadole su puerta y que no contestaba.

Nada. Sobrevendieron y llegamos a la 1:30 am para descubrir que no teníamos cuarto.

No nos pudimos hospedar porque sobrevendieron y no había cuartos. La solución que nos ofrecieron fue quedarnos en otro hotel del grupo, sin respetarnos la tarifa.

El hotel es muy amplio y con varios servicios, las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias, la ubicación es muy buena a solo unos paso de dos estaciones de Metrobús y establecimientos de todo tipo

No tengo ningún punto negativo a resaltar, solo me hubiera gustado poder adquirir un café del lobby pero no contaban con variedad de productos para elaborar las bebidas que ofrecen.
