all fine, just the service to the room and in lobby it was so SLOW!

The service in lobby, for a regular black coffee it took 30 minutes! I was in a rush and staff didn't care

La experiencia podía haber sido de 4, excelente, pero se quedó en buena: hubo obras el 1 y 2 de noviembre, los pasillos estaban llenos de pintura, silicona y clavos, el olor a resina duró días y tardaron demasiado en limpiar las zonas comunes.
