Days Inn by Wyndham Martin

This location was very close to campus. Location close to local restaurants.

The bedding had stains and burn holes. The bathroom was very unsanitary. Towels looked like the were picked up off the floor and hung back on the rack. Bedroom walls had something on it near the bed. Secondary lock/latch was not functional.

The room was gross and dirty. There were roaches everywhere. The staff was very disrespectful. They were not open to accommodate nothing, and their rooms were not even clean before we got into the rooms, which was disgusting. Checked in tried to keep the money from my family member after they charged my account I am very displaced with this location and something needs to be taken care of ASAP.

Everything the room, the staff, especially was very rude. There were roaches. They didn’t clean the room before we went in there. They took money from my family member and also charged my card as well. This location is horrible.

Nothing absolutely horrible!!!

This room was totally disgusting. I’m talking about pee on the toilet and walls in the bathroom. Something all over the walls, dead bugs laying around on the floor, cigarette burns on everything. The bed had nasty stuff all over the place I can’t even explain what it was. The smell when you walked in the room was awful. Booking should be ashamed to even put anyone in this room I will be turning g it into the health department!

I didn't like the breakfast. Limited choices. No sugar for cereal or coffee. Fruits not fresh. Cereal marked incorrectly. ZERO hot foods. ZERO cakes or muffins.

Absolutely nothing!

Never stayed. They gave me so many problems while there for 2 hours. They did not give me a room but instead made things difficult after a 6 hour trip there. They threatened to cancel my room and after asking many time why was I treated.differently, they still refused to give me a room.

Nasty room smelled like smoke and dirt on every surface especially the phone.

Clean it up

The location was central to all the places I needed to be

I was charged to keep my service dog in my room, when I told them there was no certificate to show them.

They did let us change rooms after we requested it and complained about the first room. Moved us to #124.

The first room #121 was dirty, still in process of construction with wires exposed, poorly furnished, and had roaches! There were long black hairs on the floors in both rooms' bathrooms.
