La Bagnaia Golf Resort

Terrazze bellissime, panoromiche e molto silenziose: sembra un tuffo nel passato in questo luogo storico.

We booked this place so that we could relax at the pool, sadly the pool wasn’t ready and was without water in May (28 degrees Celsius)! The room was full of humidity as the weather was very hot and the AC isn’t strong enough to dry and make it cooler. Breakfast is good! Sadly the manager treats their workers badly that I felt sorry for them.

Thankfully I booked through booking and could pay through there and solved the situation because if I refused to pay through their link it meant that they would refuse my booking.

Arrivati dopo 5 ore di viaggio e trovato frigobar con solo una bottiglietta d'acqua naturale e una frizzante, nessuna bibita, succo, birra o quant' altro si trovi normalmente in un frigobar. Il giorno successivo chiedendo spiegazioni mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto in fase di prenotazione del soggiorno far presente cosa volevo trovare. Penso che per un 5 stelle non sia accettabile.

La colazione non all’altezza di un 5 stelle!

5 sterren hotel? Het was zeker een mooie locatie en vriendelijke personeel, maar we konden verder de sterren niet verklaren. Dus erg prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Specifiek was er op expedia een indoor zwembad / welness, maar die bleek al lang geleden afgebroken (enkel een nog leeg buitenzwembad). Het ontbijt was ook karig in vergelijking met een agritourismo B&B die we de dag ervoor hadden, daar namelijk voor 1/3de van de prijs verbleven met fantastisch ontbijt.
