Great location and amazing roof top bar and restaurant

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, although it is looking a little tired in places. We experienced an issue with the safe, which would not lock, but the staff resolved the problem promptly by moving us to another room. The room was cleaned to a good standard, and fresh sheets and towels were provided. We stayed on the second floor, and the doors were extremely loud when they closed, particularly at night. The banging woke us up several times throughout the night. The location is excellent, directly opposite the marina and within easy reach of local amenities. Our room had a balcony, although we didn't make much use of it as the view was mainly of the surrounding rooftops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's convenient location.

On the positive side hotel was very clean and the food excellent. It is ideally situated for everything. The WiFi was excellent but only on the roof. On the negative side the WiFi was very poor in the room, the pool is tiny, just a jacuzzi in reality. There are no balconies which the guests I spoke to hadn't realised. This meant nowhere to dry my 'smalls'! The lighting was very poor in the bathroom. Overall wouldn't stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was amazing from the beautiful scent as we walked in, friendly staff throughout the hotel and the room we had was out of this world. The choice at breakfast was unbelievable and we ate in the restaurant one night of our stay which was delicious. They deserve 5/5 for their attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism.

Right in town we stayed one night to be close to airport great pool terrace on 4th floor. Everything recently renovated so super clean and modern only downside it is right on a busy roundabout so lots of traffic noise but any hotel in a city will have that. Super reception staff Obrigada

A quantidade de luz que entra no quarto logo às primeiras horas da alvorada. As cortinas black-out são de tecido espesso e compridas, mas a ligação entre as cortinas e a calha deixa um espaço aberto por onde entra luz (eliminando o efeito black-out). Impossível descansar a partir das 6:00 a.m.

We were blown away by the luxuriousness of our room. We were not expecting the king-sized bed, the tray of macrons and fresh fruit, or the fabulous view of the marina. We were also grateful that we could keep our car in the garage for a little while after our checkout, as we had business to complete in town.
