I liked that it was close to the venue I was there to attend.

That i was charged $279.00 for a room with no air-conditioning. It hadn't had air conditioning for days and didn't advise me so I could make an informed decision if I wanted to stay there or not. I was stuck having to stay because I couldn't get help through booking.com or holiday inn. Both saying the other company had to make a decision on a refund or compensation. Therefore, I had to stay in a hotel room that was too hot to sleep in and was force to sleep with the balcony door open to get air leading to me not feeling safe or secure during the night. My daughter didn't sleep well either. Im so mad and disgusted with the lack of help I will never use booking.com again or stay in another Holiday Inn. I will also warn the public to never book through booking.com on all the social media I can find so the public is aware of the deceptive practices and lack of care for the people who spend their hard earned money on geedy corporations.

Nothing. It seems the owners and staff have forgotten what hospitality is. Or perhaps they never knew.

There was no AC and they knew it. They purposely tried to sham us about the AC. Although they had tiny signs in out of the way locations, no mention was made at the front desk at check-in. This was a feature we searched on your site. The front desk even pretended to send a "team" to check it out when they knew they were not working. Had to leave because it was hot in the room and ended up driving home.

We were not told in advance that there were no Ac in the certain rooms mid day was very warm I was told I would get a fan and when asked for one it took forever chec in was pleasant check out was not the greatest couldn't get a receipt of any kind and I was told that I would get and email for info on deposit
