The staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous. The facility was clean

There was nothing that I didnt like

It wasn't very far from the lake.

The hotel has a bad smell. Some areas of the hotel smell really bad, like sewage, and we got headaches. Even our room was the same, and whenever we flush the toilet, we smell the sewage. Additionally, the staff did not provide us with an extra blanket after we had asked twice.

Staff was friendly.

Beds were really uncomfortable, pillows were even worse. Windows didn’t lock and air conditioning did not work.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! trust me dont stay here never, everybody is so rude specially the front desk manager, also the hotel is old and they had bad service. my family and i left a day earlier.

Nice area, good location, nice lobby

You need to have your own restaurant, a buffet for breakfast, especially when you suggest Included Breakfast with vouchers.

It was good. Considering it was only one night, I thought it was cozy and very relaxing. It was a raining New Year’s Eve, but there were a lot of options to choose from to go out to eat, and explore. The room was comfortable, decent size room. We had breakfast the next day in the hotel, and it was decent. I had the French toast and chilaquiles. The chilaquiles although were not my favorite, they need some spice to them, the French toast were great! Overall my family and I had a great time, we would stay here again.

Even though we didn’t get to experience the pool , I did notice the outside needs some work, specially around the pool area.
