Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis

We were able to stay in a second floor room with a view of the mountains. We loved the balcony and the quiet view! Couple of items in the unit were showing some wear but we reported it as we left since it did not impact our stay. We really like this spot and plan to return again.

Older property but fairly well maintained. Beds were comfortable and our room was spacious. Great for families. They had games and movies by the pool which was fun.

The hotel staff was very responsive when things went wrong in the room. Making accommodations to fix those needs. I love the privacy in the room/balcony area. The pool was very clean and comfortable

Great property, well laid out so parking and walking to pool or common area is very accesible. Somewhat central location with dining, shopping and entertainment nearby. Stafg was very helpful and nice, only complaint on staff would be the gentleman working the snack bar at the pool came off a bit rude and condescending but that could be his personality. Other than that everything was great!

Everyone was super friendly, we got a clean room with everything we needed. The pools were clean, as well as the property. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back again.

We have been staying at the Desert Oasis for over 20 years, We like its central location on a golf course and the size of the units. They are all 1-bedroom units with a spacious balcony, good kitchen with washer/dryer units and comfortable beds. The resort has 2 pools, one for adults and a great activity center and gym. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Great location in the valley. Rooms are nice and a very good size. Enjoyed being close to the pools. Just a few things that could be improved. Television is DirecTV which is poor at best, stronger Wi-Fi, and the music at the pool...dull and boring. The grounds are beautiful and kept well. Buildings are in good shape. Really enjoy the staff and our stay at Desert Oasis Hyatt. Already planning for next year!

Large comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Didn’t try the pool.
