This property is clean and well maintained. It has nice sized rooms and everything worked. The staff were all friendly. It is not luxurious, but it is nice. The dinning options are limited to a small poolside cafe with sandwiches but there are many dinning options nearby. This property is located in a modest area of Cathedral City.

I was surprised and disappointed that the hotel did not have a restaurant on site or room service. They only had a pool side snack bar that was open from 10-5. The room was comfortable, but our patio was facing the parking lot which was very bright with all the lights and loud with all cars on the main road. We really enjoyed the pool and the kids recreation area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself was clean, but a little run down and didn’t really have that resort feel that you would expect. The surrounding area was not very nice and we didn’t really want to drive around to do anything.

We loved that this property had a fully stocked kitchen and how spacious our villa was. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Clean and relaxing

Very nice property. Offers plenty of activity to do daily with family. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We spent two nights with our kids (10 and 18 yrs old) last week. The hotel is super clean, quiet with and oustanding customer service and staff. The activity center provides shade, games and A/C during the hot hours after lunch. They have a beautiful pool, spa and an adult pool for the guests with no kids. Perfect for anyone. The kitchen is full of equipment to cook, heat or just have breakfast before any plan. We brought an inflatable mattress for extra bedding without a problem. We definitelly recomend this place. Palm Springs is not too far for dinning, dancing or experiencing culture and festivals.

Great experience

There’s lots to like. The units are nice, spacious, and well laid out. It’s basically a one bedroom condo with kitchen, living room with pull out sofa, bedroom, and hallway bath accessible to the bedroom or living room occupants. They have plates, silverware, etc. and packets of dish washer soap and detergent for the washer / dryer. The air conditioning works. While the furnishings are dated, everything is well maintained. It’s good value for money. Now, the bad. There is a $34 a night resort fee. They do disclose it though. And you will receive multiple calls from the time share (vacation points) appointment schedulers who masquerade as the “Concierge”. The sales process for this time share (vacation points) is such an embedded part of the DNA of this hotel that you can’t even get a parking pass from the check in desk but instead you have to see the “Concierge” so they get their first opportunity to offer you something. I received three different calls from different “Concierge” under the guise of checking if I needed anything and then offering a reduced cost stay for coming to their presentation. I have no interest in this and I don’t care for the disingenuous nature of the “Concierge”. While I don’t think it should stop you from staying here, you should be prepared for this game playing behavior and be firm in your response. If I return, I will unplug the room phone to avoid the early morning “Concierge” calls. I recommend you do so as well.
