"Close to airport"

Not a bad hotel,,, front desk, shuttle was excellent -very helpful and responsive to needs and queries. Restaurant staff not so much. Billing interesting as I was automatically charged for breakfasts- even though I didn't use this service. .. Just as we'll I checked my bill. There was NO problem changing it but!.... Thanks to those who made my stay enjoyable.

"Atrocious hotel"

Vastly overpriced, incredibly small room, foul odor upon arrival which couldn't be removed with the air conditioning, because it didn't work.

"Exceptional"

Nice, clean hotel. Buffet breakfast was good. Had read previous negative reports and took a chance on the hotel because the location met our needs. I didn't find anything to complain about.

"Convenient hotel if you are driving"

We found the room a bit small but very clean The location is a bit remote if you do not have a car. However, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the train station in Coppet. Also, it would be nice to have coffee provided in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

"Affordable hotel right off the highway"

"15 min from Airport"

Only downside (minor) is that is you get a room on the hi-way side, you will have to turn the A/c on to drown out the noise, which we did with no problem. Everything else here is top notch.

"worst shuttle service - waiting for 1hr 40min"

Only Taxi or shuttle service available from Geneva airport. To get to this hotel from Geneva, either you pay 70-80 £ for a taxi ride or take a risk of waiting for 1hr 40min at the airport watching 4-5 times of the same shuttle buses from other hotels.

"Near to Geniva"

We booked our room online; we had to change the room as it was very loud and very near to high way: We paid and extra CHF 30 a day for a confort room with no carpet? As the whole hotel is a *** star one should say that the high way is on one side! and very very loud!

"Close to the airport, you get what you pay for"

Not a bad hotel. Free shuttle from the airport. It is located about 30 minutes from downtown Geneva depending on traffic. If you are planning the visit the downtown area often, don't stay at this hotel...the transportation costs will be more than the money you save on the room. The restaurant service and food was surprisingly good, and the staff were responsive. A number of delegates to UN conferences stay at this hotel because it is quiet and away from the city. If you want something more lively, check out other options.
