Comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean room. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly, helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to train station and nearby places. Very easy to tour the region by train.

Breakfast has greatly improved. It previously had just coffee, juice and croissants - it now features a full cooked breakfast

The hotel is very well kept. It was an overnight stay so the relatively long distance from the airport was a disadvantage for us. We had to leave at 5am because of our flight, an early breakfast option was mentioned but there was none at the time, except for some coffee from a coffee machine.

Rooms are quite small for two people Due to hotel isolated location their transportation is arranged by appointment Staff get confused and inconsiderate upon the arrival of their frequent tourist groups

We stayed a couple of days in two rooms with good views of lake. The overall standard of the hotel was higher than expected. Family enjoyed the facilites at hotel such as gym and pool area. The location is out of town and 15 minutes drive from Geneva centre. Suited us as we wished to avoid the city centre.

This is a very nice and new hotel situated outside of Geneva. It is very clean, breakfast was included and the room was spotless. Highly recommended.

Reception staff and check in excellent. Room OK. Dining Experience good. Breakfast - catastrophic! No management in breakfast areas, which were not well defined and could have been any one of three areas. Food and coffee etc ran out on both mornings. No tables available - nobody in charge - no satisfaction and bad start to the day.

The Hotel is under renovation, rooms were clean but small. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was OK and bar meals acceptable but like most of Switzerland expensive.

The bathroom was in very poor condition. It smelled strongly of mildew and I had to keep a window open to counteract the odor. The restaurant was very good, however and the service in the lobby area was good.

all conditions are effective. but there were so many flies in the breakfast room.
