Great hospitality . We had dinner at Dragon and many thanks to Chief Chef ( Indian chap originally from kerala -sorry I forgot your name, Malan, Bala and staff at Ports of call this morning ( Dilhara) and most importantly Mr Samrat, who took care of us.

I had a wonderful stay at Taj Samudra. The hotel offers excellent hospitality, a beautiful ambiance, and outstanding service. The staff members were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile, making my stay truly memorable. The breakfast experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes catering to different tastes. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured that guests were comfortable throughout the meal. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team, Dilahara, chathura,imarshi, gayan, madhu and dileka .Taj Samudra for their warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction. Location

Property is too old, common areas in upper floors don’t have active AC, have lights flickering in ally’s! The rooms have electricity issues, there’s crackling sounds from switches, had issues with the locker and fridge! In short, wasn’t TAJ standards, seemed way below average.
