At times unorganised - eg told us our room would be ready in an hour but it wasn’t ready for 4 hours and then didn’t have both beds in.

We had a nice time staying at taj samudra colombo.Mr pieries Helped in the checkin and Oshan ,Dilhara helped a lot at thr ports of call during busyy peak hours.And also chef Shehan helped choosing food varieties.Excelent servixe hoping to see you guys soon
