The Pamodzi Hotel

Beautiful hotel, nice feel to it, big and very comfortable sitting area downstairs where I could organise meetings with friends and family, zoom meetings etc . Beautiful pool area - I loved it !

The arrival reception was very good and the concierge was excellent. No clock in the room to tell time set an alarm. No face towel was available so had request. B/f was so so. There's room for improvement.

Staff are friendly and helpful

Good food options…. And most items well cooked, clean hotel and staff helpful and friendly. But mattress condition is poor, you can feel the springs in the bed. Carpets in old condition but still can be tolerated. Rest all great.

Business in Lusaka, great service, and amazing food; the chef (Niten) made such an effort with our vegan meals.

It feels like home away from home

The thing that really stood out to me about this hotel was the excellent customer service. They were there to help with every need, question, concern you had. In particular, there was a person Noah who has some of the best customer service personalities I had met in my life. Another thing I like about the hotel was the open lounge area near the restaurant and bar which was a great place for small meetings or an afternoon coffee/tea.
