"More like a 4 star property"

Location is good. Property is quite old. It took two phone calls and more than 30 minutes to get the dental kit. Internet used to disconnect intermittently.

My immediate reaction whenever I stay at Taj Pamodzi is just how amazing the members of staff are. They are always professional, very welcoming, helpful and courteous. A lot of hotels could learn a thing or 2 from them. The hotel itself is comfortable and lovely with a regal aura about it. I will definitely be staying there again.

Used to love the Lusaka Taj Pamodzi; after this trip it wont see me again. My booking with Hotels.com was somehow waylaid and the hotel then gave me one of the worst rooms and charged me at full price

Checking in service is very slow. Waited for over 30 minutes to be served. My booking was not on their system , this is the second time . Perhaps Expedia need to work on this aspect seriously. Fortunately the confirmation was in my inbox mail.

I liked most everything about this hotel. There are not many really good hotels in Lusaka but this is one of the best. I rated it down one notch because it’s wi-fi was disappointing. It kept cutting in and out and was too inconsistent to make call. Not what is expected fat good hotel. I brought this to the hotel’s attention but they were not able to get it fixed
