"Fabulous experience "

Very comfortable and enjoyable Love the gym and sauna/ steam facility and lot of food options. The head chef took personal interest in ensuring my dietary needs were met ... very positive experience and would love to go back and recommend to others . It helped to be there during very busy business travel.

Head chef rocks! He takes care of us and our food needs. However, some waiter and waitresses have yet to pick up this skill. Front doormen are great with a smile and ready to greet and open doors. Well done guys and giving me the opportunity to use the microphone to call our driver each time.

"A great hotel"

The hotel is well located in a safe and upscale part of Lusaka. The hotel is big, rooms are sizable and warm, WiFi is fast, staff are very friendly, food especially breakfast is fantastic. The hotel also has a great outside swimming pool and gym. I spent 7 days at the hotel and will be coming back to stay in the same hotel.. I will recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Lusaka. I had a workshop to conduct at the hotel. I found the workshop facilities great and most ideal.

"Flatters to deceive"

My room was allocated to another guest after I had checked in - guest opened my room and walks in while I was inside the room. Not his fault of course but when a complaint was made reception just brushed it off by saying it was a mistake but couldn't explain how or why the system allocated the same room to two different guess within an hour. This is a security concern. Wifi is poor. Kept dropping every few minutes making it impossible to download an email.
