Clean, location is good. Disappointed with the staff that couldn’t find my booking and insisted it wasn’t in the system till a manager came and found my booking with no issue. Maybe staff member was new and needed more training.

"Bad hotel staff. Will definitely not recommend "

Very bad check in. Requested for an airport pick up which they forgot. Requested for late check out which they refused claiming they were overbooked. Suddenly the manager said he can give late check out for 25% extra room charge and when I agreed, suddenly they had availability of rooms. Not the TAJ experience one expects.

"Nice Hotel "

The hotel is clean and located centrally. I enjoyed my time. I was particularly impressed with the medical services provided at the hotel. My daughter was not well and we called reception who arranged medical help. My daughter was treated well and managed to recover to enjoy our holidays. I was also impressed with the breakfast options and the kind service.

"Home away from home!"

Typical Taj hospitality prominently visible with ever helping and happy energetic staff. Special mention to the head chef Mr. Nitin for successfully running the show and ensuring to check with and take feedback from almost each and every guest. Very nice and exhaustive breakfast spread with some decent options for Indian food items as well. Had a chance to use the gym as well as the sauna, and both were totally up to the mark and the gym was well equipped. Tip - Go for higher category deluxe room on higher floor with city view. The view from the room especially to watch the sun set is really worthwhile. Also you get an special access to the VIP lounge which is open free of cost from 6-7 pm.

"comfortable stay"

i woukd definitely recommend this hotel, more so then the Intercontinental(which has gone down in cleanliness and food)
