"Excellent"

The staff was very helpful. Special mention to Kajal, Kunika and Valmik, they made sure our stay was well taken care off right from Kajal at check in/out and Kunika and Valmik at food section

"Not worth the money!"

The staff was polite.

The price is very high for what we received! Our rooms were not renovated for the same price other guests get e renovated room! The soap holder in the bathroom was broken and was really annoying every time I needed to touch it! It was my birthday and didn't receive any compliment and as I mentioned above even they didn't give me a renovated room! I am very disappointed and I don't plan to ever return to this hotel!

"Excellent base for seeing ellora and ajanta"

This is a lovely old hotel run very efficiently by excellent staff. It could do with a little updating in a few areas and there were constant weddings while we stayed which meant that we could not use the outdoor eating area which was a shame. Great food in the restaurant. Very good tour organisation for caves

The bar was a little cold and impersonal, and occasionally there was no service but when found the bar staff were very pleasant
