The staff were helpful and professional, and the hotel’s exterior has a great outlook. Loved the foosball table. :)

However, the room felt outdated and in need of renovation — it didn’t match the appearance of the building.

The looks of the hotel from a distance is lovely. The privacy as well. So in the busy city it is a nice hide-away. The lobby is beautiful. So expectations are high for the room itself.

The room was very damp. All the bedding felt damp. To facilitate this they provided a de-humidifier which was really needed. Plus the room felt a bit tired, a bit faded glory

Ambience nice and all staff friendly. Excellent food

Had seen bath tubs while booking but in reality it wasnt there. It was totally disappointing for kids. Room size too small and 4 of us had to adjust for 3 nights. We asked for upgrade and they didn't give at all.
