Carousel Resort Hotel & Condominiums

I liked the amount of amenities available unfortunately they all open late 45+ minutes and operate on a “feels like it” schedule. Ordered food twice from the reef 118 and tsunami bar and grill for both orders to be made wrong.

My food was constantly incorrect or late. The front desk spoke little to no English at check in. Did not inform us of the pool code or hours. Or that they open 45 minutes late. I did not like the hair on my “clean” bathroom towels that were long and black. I didn’t like that my fridge was completely busted and didn’t keep cold. It doesn’t even have a freezer door (room 235). I called 0 for new towels,bedding to be ignored. Rooms finally get knocked on around 5pm and when I asked for new bedding and towels. I got told “no you done” by a housekeeper. I didn’t enjoy the constant weed smell in the hallway from 211-220. The fighting from guest and numerous police cars being in the parking lot was a bit concerning for a “family” hotel. Unfortunately we will not be rebooking again.

Nothing, you took 1,000 and did not reimburse with your poor response on not allowing way beyond cancellation in advance and stole money from us so others can use your hotel! Not actual human being responded to this distress, yet you send me a email we had 72 hours to cancel and get refunded! Your ignorance is unprofessional!

Everything was right there and close to everything

This is a family friendly hotel. Great location.

The beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms definitely need to be upgraded! The sheets had stains! We requested a late check out but when it came time the guy at the front desk said they could only do 20-30 minutes tops because "they had alot going on". Had to go to the front desk multiple times because the room keys weren't working.
