"Would never book"

The entrance was nice and its tidiness

I checked into a dirty room, was transferred, and then found a roach in the second room. Because of the conditions, I left early and only stayed one night instead of two. I’m requesting a refund for the unused night and compensation for the inconvenience.

The maid service was terrible! We had trouble checking in and the person checking us in would not accept my credit card because it wasn’t the one on file. So I ended up paying 300.00 more.
