"Never staying here again..."

Location is the BEST part of this hotel.

Room: dirty, stuff on walls & ceiling that looked like poop.. Housekeeping never came over after asking for them 3 times. This hotel had a broken ice cream machine, weird pool hours (due to lack of staff), terribly uncomfortable beds, mediocre food, & only SOME friendly staff members. Left a detailed Google review.

"It was decent but not great."

The indoor pool and games for kids. Ice skating rink was cool.

The outdoor pool and lounge were closed.

"Has to be better bargains"

Close to beach and restaurants

Hard beds ..hear very noisy and you can't switch from heat to AC in room. Also was there 3 nights and never could use the pool or hot tub because tons of kids ..should have adult hours for it. Very expensive for what it is. Over 350 a night. Staff wasn't friendly.
