Taj Connemara

Amazing service. I just don’t know how the people at Taj will make your stay so memorable at any instances. Amazing. I am a corporate trainer in Malaysia and have trained more than 100K participants in the areas of sales and service and I always advocate this - if anyone wants to understand what service is - go stay at any Taj property and then you will learn service. Ms Dimple who checked me in went above the extra mile to get me a room better than I expected. I was slightly under the weather, so my wife had to have dinner alone at Verandah, but Mr. Millar took care of her so well. Amazing and unbelievable is what Taj gives you.

I had a great stay at TAJ connemera hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Mr.Murali and all its colleagues were excellent and very sweet to have this kind of experienced staffs around which made me to feel woww. I am sure they can deliver tough service standard more then the youngsters. Food made me to feel that I am having a home food from mom hand. After long time I m having a home tamilnadu delicious food in tamilnadu orginal taste. Thanks for the experience

Always a great stay at the Taj Connemara.

We chose the Taj as it seemed more personal and intimate than the miriad of other 5 * bling laden hotels and I am so glad we did. The rooms were spacious and well equipped The hotel staff welcoming and friendly The pool area beautifully appointed with few but sufficient sun beds and tables. The food delicious and good value . Our only concern was the disorganised nature of the lunch time service at the poolside especially on the terrace at the Verandah. The food itself when it arrived was delicious but it took a long time to be noticed by staff and then for the drinks and food to arrive. I could not tell if this was due to inefficiency or staff shortage. Another tip for The Verandah - please dim the lights for evening meals it is a bit like eating in a cafe if you are seated in the wrong place.

Very elegant hotel yet has a lot of character too. Staff were kind and responsive. Food was great, especially breakfast buffet.. We enjoyed the pool area too. Many high end hotels feel cold and sterile. The Taj Connemara didn’t at all. We would love to stay there again.
