"Exceeded my expectations"

Before this stay, I was at Taj Club House, Chennai, near this property, where I was disappointed by the lack of proper welcome. I waited over an hour to check in, which caused me to miss an important office meeting and other scheduled programs. Taj Connemara replaced all those issues and made the stay extraordinary. The staff provided a warm welcome, and the overall experience was exceptional—right down to the delicious breakfast. Check-in was completed in minutes, with all requirements handled efficiently. Every staff, including the car wallet staff, was extraordinarily helpful and professional. It far surpassed my expectations.

"Home away from home"

The staff was very helpful and cared for me like I am at home. Special shoutout to Ruby at the reception who seamlessly checked me in and also called for warm water as I was unwell. The staff at Verandah took care of me for dinner and breakfast. One particular staff member in Verandah (I don't remember his name) made sure that my order was to my taste and requirement. Thank you for going the extra mile for me.

"Wonderful staff and excellent accommodation"

We stayed here one night. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of the accommodation and helpfulness of the staff. The check in team went out of their way to allow and expedite an early check in. The room was quite and peaceful. The pool was excellent (better than the photos). The front door man was really helpful when we were having trouble securing a n uber. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
