Vivanta Ernakulam is a beautiful hotel set in natural surroundings right near the sea. The sea view from the room is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. The staff are highly professional and experienced. Compared to other hotels, everything here is much faster—whether it’s room service, check-in, or check-out. The laundry attendant, Raj, even reminded me about the collection timings when I had completely forgotten to ask. The food is delicious with an excellent variety of options. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect place to enjoy Kerala’s natural beauty along with lovely city views.

This place has always been special to me, not just for what it offers, but for how it makes you feel. The beauty and ambience alone set it apart. Sitting inside during the evening and watching the sunset over the lake through the glass walls is truly a stress buster that provides a calm, peaceful, and blissful experience. It’s one of those rare experiences that makes you slow down and just enjoy the moment. I’ve had a long standing relationship with this place for nearly 15 years, and over time the staff has become more like extended family. Their service is thoughtful and genuinely caring. They understand your needs even before you say a word, which speaks volumes about their attentiveness and experience. A special mention to their Head, Mr. George, whose approach to customers is exceptional. He is personally involved and ensures every guest is well taken care of and is a true captain of the team. The dedication of Mr. Saju deserves appreciation as well. Last but not the least, Staff like Ananthu, who serves us with a warm smile is the warmth the entire experience. They are excellent at what they do and consistently make every visit comfortable and memorable. This is a place where ambience, service, and human connection come together beautifully. A place I’ll always keep coming back to.

Service was great at breakfast. Eldho looked after nicely and every custom order from the kitchen came with perfection and on time. Great breakfast as well. We got to upgrade to suite and it was a large spacious for us 3 people with nice sea view. Highly this on marine drive

We had booked executive sea view room got upgraded to suite. Sea view and overall suite was awesome. Sunday brunch and breakfast were great. Service was great too.

The hotel location is picturesque and central The atmosphere is sophisticated and yet friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and have anything a guest can need for a stay and more. The biggest asset of the hotel howler has to be their staff. From the staff on the reception desk, Karthika, Leksmi, Ancila that were answering any of my silly questions with their local knowledge and a smile, to Agnal that used his UPI to pay for a service I needed, were amazing. The staff in the restaurant like Eldho made each meal special. The housekeeping manager, Krishna went above his role when we had a medical emergency. Great location, great people.

Centrally located. Nearer to shopping areas and marine drive. Check in was quick. Front desk staff received us with smiling faces. Pretty decent size room with comfortable bed and necessary amenities in the bathroom.
