Vivanta Ernakulam, Marine Drive

An overall all-round great hotel in a terrific location with friendly, courteous staff. Loved the dining experience with live music during dinner. This would be my choice if I revisit Kochi and will certainly recommend it to friends and family.

I have been staying at this property since 2015, and throughout the years I have consistently experienced excellent service across all departments, including the Front Desk, Restaurant, and others. I would especially like to commend the restaurant team for their exceptional service and friendly attitude. A few individuals I would like to mention are Shaiju at the Front Desk, who has always gone above and beyond to assist me on various occasions; From restuarant , Shaju, for his genuinely friendly nature and high-quality service; and Eldhose, who is very caring and charming. I would also like to appreciate the ladies at the kitchen counter, along with many other team members whom I will mention in my next feedback. Overall, the entire team, including the Front Office senior managershas been outstanding. I am extremely happy with my stay over the past decade and look forward to many more pleasant experiences in the future.

Great location. Great Staff. Food was good. Room is very dated. Strong odor/perfume in the hallway. Tons of mosquitos. Had an event in the Ball Room. It felt old and ancient. Some areas felt like the 1980s. I hope they update the room and facilities. Tons of options in the area.

Had a great stay with family. The view from the room was excellent. The food was awesome!! The staffs were courteous . Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Ernakulam. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The food at both the restaurant and the bar was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and quality. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Our stay at Vivanta was truly delightful and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the serene backwater view and the relaxing pool area. The restaurant had a charming and aesthetic ambiance, and the buffet spread was simply lovely. Special appreciation to Praveen and Nivedithaa for their excellent service, and to Agnal and the reception team for their warm hospitality. Thank you, Vivanta team, for making our stay so memorable!

Our trip with friends was amazing from start to finish. The place we stayed at had a beautiful view — you could see the hills and greenery right from our balcony. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with cozy beds and all the essentials we needed. The entire property felt peaceful and tidy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We spent evenings chatting by the view, enjoying the calm surroundings. Overall, great vibes, clean rooms, lovely scenery, and perfect memories with my friends — totally worth it!
