Taj MG Road, Bengaluru

This was my first south India trip. Chef Sarit Bhowal took me on the most exquisite culinary journey! For ten days I was treated like a king at the Taj MG Road. The staff were absolutely delightful. I’m a paraplegic using a manual wheelchair and it isn’t too often one comes across hotel staff so helpful. I’m already planning to take family back to this part of India thanks to my experience at this hotel.

​Our one-night stay at the Taj, MG Road was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-tier - exactly what you’d expect from the Taj brand, but with a personal touch that made a huge difference. ​Highlights of Our Stay: ​The Service: A special shout-out to Mr. Abhishek Srivastav, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He graciously upgraded our room to the top floor, which offered great view. ​The Room: Being on the top floor provided a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle while keeping us right in the heart of the action. ​The Food: The breakfast spread was absolutely awesome. There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious, catering to every palate. ​Final Verdict: ​If you are looking for luxury paired with genuine care, I highly recommend this property. We’ll definitely be back!

My stay at Taj MG Road was truly exceptional, with impeccable service and warm hospitality throughout. A special thanks to Akanksha, Chitraaksh, Abhishek S, Baibhav, and Darshan for making the experience so memorable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care stood out at every interaction. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Dining and overall ambience added to the luxury and comfort of the stay. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Beauty was absolutely the best attendant we could have gotten during evening dinner. So attentive to our dietary needs. So sensitive and caring. 10 out of 10.

I arrived tired from travelling to receive the best welcome from Bhavesh and Baibhov. They made sure I had everything I needed and that I had come to the right hotel from professionalism and hospitality. Thank you.

Very good ambience. Food is excellent. Govindaraja and Beauty service was the best.

Centrally located place close to MG Road and Metro Station. Lots of options to shop and dine around the place . The ambience is amazing and traditional Indian welcome adds to that. Cleanliness maintained is of high standards. The rooms are very well done and quite. The check-in and checkout process was fast and smooth. The Breakfast experience was great . The service rendered by the entire staff at the restaurant and the services by the IRD was good as always. The room was done up well and the laundry was of high standards. Appreciative of Mr Chittranjan Giri for being so forth coming and helpful. It was commendable display of hospitality. Mr Giri ensured that that all our requirements put in were looked into. Even services rendered by the staff looking after table no 20 at breakfast was appreciable. Needless to say that it is always pleasure to be at Taj MG Road. Thanks to the entire team for all the efforts and great hospitality.

Irin AJ was so awesome.. I needed some help with an application and his smart brain.. Helped me with every thing.. He was so gracious and patient. Excellent customer service!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
