We stay in Taj often and this was one of our best stays. Abhishek, Chitraksh and the other staff were super courteous and did everything they could to help make our stay comfortable. Thank you for being an amazing host!

I went to Taj MG Road The Trinity Square for dinner with my family. They had a lot of options in the buffet and most of it were delicious, they also had some live counters. The deserts were really nice. Thanks to Mr. Govindarajan for his hospitality.

We had an amazing corporate team dinner at the Taj last month, and the entire experience was truly memorable. A heartfelt shout-out to Chinmay, who was our point of contact right from the planning stage. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly organized, always approachable and attentive to our needs. Her thoughtful coordination, cheerful demeanor, and genuine care made the evening not just seamless, but truly special. Thanks to her efforts, our team had a beautiful and unforgettable time together.

We had lunch at TAJ, MG Road and it was a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Beauty for taking such great care of us throughout the meal. Your kindness, friendly nature, and attentive service truly made our visit memorable. We felt so happy, and my kid especially enjoyed spending time and playing with you. You are amazing at what you do—thank you again for making our lunch so special!

I had a wonderful stay at Taj MG Road, Bengaluru., and I honestly can’t praise the team enough. From the moment I arrived, every single interaction — whether with the porters, front desk, kitchen staff, or housekeeping — was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. A special mention to the concierge team who went out of their way to help me with a parcel — Jyoti arranged everything seamlessly and made what could have been a hassle completely stress-free. The front office team were consistently brilliant and welcoming throughout my stay — Darshan, Abhishek, Shreeparna, Anjali, and Bhavesh Giri were all exceptional. In the restaurants, Shuben and Ajit, the restaurant managers, made me feel truly looked after and ensured every experience was top-notch. That said, I almost hesitate to call out individual names because it genuinely felt like everyone was operating at the same high standard. Even the housekeeping team did a fantastic job — thoughtful, thorough, and always respectful of my space. This stay was a great example of what Taj hospitality stands for: attentive without being intrusive, polished yet warm. I’ll absolutely be choosing Taj MG Road again on my next visit to Bengaluru.

The food and service at the hotel’s restaurant were outstanding. Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff were attentive and professional throughout our meal. A special mention must go to Beauty, whose warm hospitality, genuine smile, and thoughtful service truly made the evening memorable. Highly recommended! Room was ok.

Front office stars Darshan, Abhishek Srivastava, and Lanu went above and beyond – their warm welcomes, seamless check-in, and genuine attentiveness made me feel like royalty from the moment I arrived. Anjali from Housekeeping ensured everything was flawless, with thoughtful touches like fresh towels and personalized room setup. Banapica in the restaurant delivered phenomenal service alongside delectable meals – her recommendations turned breakfast and dinner into highlights! Taj MG Road sets the gold standard for hospitality in Bangalore. I’ll be back soon!
