"The area is stunning, the house was well positioned for the National Park and views were stunning."

What the house lacked in personality, the view made up for it!

The bathrooms were very cold. The house itself lacked comforts with very basic decor. It was extremely cold when we arrived and the heating took a while to warm the house.

"Good comfortable spot in coles bay"

The property had a spectacular view of the Hazards from the living room. It was a short wool to the nearby cafe for breakfast. The heating was very effective and the beds were comfortable.

"House is best for summer occupancy"

Lovely view enhanced by 16 ceiling to floor windows. Great for summer holiday. Well fitted out house. Large kitchen, dining lounge room. 2 separate lounges. Lovely verandah with BBQ.

Steep narrow driveway. Cold house inside. Inefficient heating for winter occupancy. No curtains in living/dining area to keep heat in. 2 Bathrooms need to be fitted with heated towel racks for winter occupancy.

Location was fantastic. plenty of room for the four of us. Beautiful views from front windows and deck. House had everything we needed.

one of the bedroom heaters didn’t work. The property team tried to rectify but was unable to. The stairs going up to the house from the car are quite steep and there is no railing. You might want to let people know in case they have mobility issues.
