Blue Gum Retreat

The 3 bedroom house was spacious, attractive and very clean. The decor was simple and appealing. The view was stunning and you could see it from anywhere in the lounge and kitchen which was great.

Beautiful views. Well equipped. Responsiveness. Very close to Freycinet Park.

Unfortunately some mosquitos were in our bedroom. There were screens on the doors and windows so must have gotten in before we arrived.

Good elevation with mountain view. Nice big kitchen, living area and balcony. Rooms are clean. Kitchen comes with some cooking ingredients which hels.

The second BR lacks a wardrobe or any hanging space. Also, the bed has a few collapsed slats that have not been fixed. The WiFi information displayed on a notice at the entrance was incorrect, which was surprising as it had not been updated. Access to the property requires climbing about 10 steps, which may be difficult for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage. Also, the sliding door of the second bathroom was stuck in open position as it had come off its track. Overall, while the place is well located comfortable, it could benefit from some minor maintenance and attention to these issues.
